Unsuccessful permit applications are characterised by the inability to build a shed on your land at all. What will not be considered an ‘unsuccessful permit application’ includes, but is not limited to: requests for further information, planning permit requirements, report and consent requirements, a change in size, a change in location, a change of heart, a change of colours, a requirement for owner builder certification, a requirement for a registered builder to complete the build, and permit lapses.
AfterCare is defined as the support provided by Shed Bonanza after the successful completion of a shed build. It’s our goal to support you with the aftercare of your shed with tips and guides on how to care for your chosen shed and assist with any issues or concerns that may occur; on the rare occasion that they do. Including but not limited to: assistance with warranty claims of manufacturing or shed materials, subcontractor agreements, permit concerns, replacement shed alternatives and add-ons. Please note that we have no control over warranty claim decisions made by suppliers, as this will be down to the discretion of each individual manufacturer or supplier.
